this file demonstrate the not in centre placed bitmap
In the dialog of page style I can use (for area) any imported bitmap in custom
position 'centre'. But the bitmap is not in centre if the margins of the page
are not symmetrically.
The bug is, that the 'centre' ist the centre of margins, not of the page (or
paper).
