I can repro with LO 7.2 and 7.3 on Linux.
Copying the Visteon logo to a new Draw document loses the transparency with the
default paste (LibreOffice x.x Drawing) but keeps the transparency with the
second option (LibreOffice drawing format).
The default should be the second one, seeing that it performs better. (And the
other option could then be removed, as they are named confusingly similarly?)
