sw: layout: if fly's anchor moves forward, move fly off SwPageFrame
Thanks Michael for making this go away :)
Side note: copy-pasting all those linked and nested frames (copy at least two
of pages 2-8 to see) into a new document makes a mess even in current master,
so that's something that might be worth investigating further.
