This problem happens on my Window 10 OS running on a desktop PC with a standard
size monitor. There has been no scaling of the display or other accessibility
settings.
Just to be sure I now recreated it on my Microsoft Surface laptop also running
Windows 10 with no modifications. I'll upload a screen capture.
Notice that the level 10 & 11 values in the list are truncated because the list
box is too narrow to accommodate double digit numbers.
