Addition to the last message:
I found out that the reason why files are opening immediately, even after
changing the Proxy Settings back from "None" to "System" (which should make the
delay on fileopenings re-appear), is, that the setting doesn't change back
anymore. It remains locked at "None" - and which can only be seen when
restarting LibreOffice. It can't be changed back (except deleting the User
files in AppData).
Anyways, something is clearly off in that matter. Maybe the proxysettings
revert-failure and the delay-bug on fileopenings are also somehow connected.
