LibreOffice installs KB2999226 which was superseded by KB3118401 in 2016.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a recent version of LibreOffice
2. Watch it install KB2999226
3. Read the link in the description as to why KB3118401 should be installed
instead
Actual Results:
An old KB superseded KB is installed
Expected Results:
The correct KB installed
