Comment #6 (not 7 ;) ) gave a IMO useful suggestion for the tooltips.
.uno:OpenReadOnly "Open in Design Mode"
should be "Open document in Design Mode" or "Document Design Mode"
uno:SwitchControlDesignMode, Tooltip: Design Mode
should be "Form Design Mode"
