Note: this came to mind while bug hunting an issue with auto-correct (needed
something in the list). Which obviously isn't normal workflow
But well I do see actual use case having this option (like adding stuff under 8
characters) or typing something into the list in advance.. (with a dialog and
not some manual editing a file)
