Calc hangs if properties panel is resized.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Calc
Drag the vertical bar between the spreadsheet cells and the properties panel to
the left
Result: Properties panel shakes from side to side, CPU usage shoots up,
LibreOffice is unresponsive.
