Just to clarify, Endnotes would still be Endnotes; the only thing changing is
the dialogue in "Tools > Footnotes and Endnotes > Endnotes", which would
incorporate the extra properties available in "Footnotes", so that Endnotes
could be co-opted to act as de facto footnotes if needed.
