A demo of my exact document

Hi there
Thanks for your prompt response.
I have created a demo document from my existing one and attach it as requested.
When you open it you will notice that the ToC is in 1 column even though I
saved it as 2 columns. I then have to edit the ToC and reset the tabs for all
headings and set the columns to 2 and set all the tabs with Align right
unchecked and Tabs for all headings set to 15.0cms. While I keep the document
open the ToC remains in 2 columns even when I update it.
When I save the document, close it and reopen it the ToC reverts back to single
column but it looks like the tabs remain set although when I Edit the ToC again
the tabs get reset to Align right checked and tab spacing reverts to 0.00cm
Am I doing something wrong?
Hope you can help as this is driving me crazy as I have a lot of work to do
with this document and am constantly editing it.
