This is not a LibreOffice bug, but some kind of a local glitch in your Debian.
Please try to troubleshoot it: https://wiki.debian.org/Fonts
Look inside the directories etc. "/usr/local/share/fonts (system-wide),
~/.local/share/fonts (user-specific) or ~/.fonts (user-specific)."
