My preference, because it would be useful to be able to edit a field, would be
to make the bug an enhancement (to provide the implied functionality).
My 2nd preference, if that can't be done, would be to clarify the documentation
to explain you cannot edit a field, despite the fact that the functionality
appears to have been planned.
