Description:
Empty field gets filled when checking 'Title' in Sidebar Chart properties. And
keeps content after unchecking
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a chart
3. Check title in the sidebar
4. Notice that field below gets filled with title
5. Uncheck: field is still filled by grayed out
Actual Results:
Field is empty prior activating and filled after checking
Expected Results:
More predictable - consistent - would be to show the preset 'title' in the tile
field.
