Problem description: The page numbers in the Headers and Footers of Calc
spreadsheets count from zero.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up a multipage spreadsheet in a Calc document
2. Give it a footer with a page number
3. Flip through the pages in Page Preview
Current behavior: The first page is zero, and it counts from there
Expected behavior: The first page should be page 1
Operating System: Windows 8
