Screenshot of General Error popup
Problem description: Updated from 3.5.5 to 4.0.0.3. Now, every odt or ott file
I open gets a white screen with a General Error popup. Click OK and the
document opens OK. It can be edited and saved with no problem. But next time it
is opened, it gets another General Error. Happens whether you double click on
the odt/ott file or open Writer first and then open a document.
No problem opening MS Office doc files or Calc ods files.

Expected behavior: No General Error opening Writer files
