Problem description:
In version 4.0, when we open Writer for the first time, the Styles Windows
shows Custom Styles, so it becomes empty
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer for the very first time
2. Press F11 to view Stylist
3. The default view shows Custom Styles, so the Stylist windows gets empty; it
would be better to show All Styles, or Applied Styles
