DOCX attachment 174081 from bug 92642 should open as PDF attachment 174082.
Seems that floating table 1.PATIENT DETAILS goes to top of document and doesn't
respect larger ROYAL FREE shape text box from narrow header.
This was never fine, so I mark Inherited. Improved around LO 5.0.
Hard to find if duplicate by search.
