Problem description: When douple clicking program on the start window appears
allways at same size. I have to modify it every start.
Steps to reproduce:

Current behavior: Start window appears at fixed form.
Expected behavior: Start window appears at last modified form and place.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.0.3 release
Last worked in: 3.6.0.4 release
