I didn't initially realise I could progress past the entry screen. The post claims to have despatched an email to all users - which I have never received - and the links simply take one to the login facility which rejects all permutations of user name/email/password. It seems one needs to be logged in to be eligible for help🤷♂️. The good news is that an audit of past interactions revealed the admin email address which I have subsequently contacted.
