Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 174454
2. Table -> Properties -> Table tab -> Notice relative being checked
3. Save as RTF
4. File reload
5. Table -> Properties -> Table tab -> Notice relative being unchecked

Unchecked relative checkbox
