Steps how to reproduce with
Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 7ee2857ab5daa791d36615d149ee562020b883e)
TinderBox: Win-x86@7-MinGW, Branch:master, Time: 2013-02-17_08:19:43:
1. download Attachment 74999 [details] for Bug 61018
2. Open document from LibO Start Center (ignore error, does not matter)
3. Small Edit, add a blank somewhere in the document.
4. Menu 'File -> Save as - NewName.odt' <Save>
Bug: Error Message "Error Saving .... . General Error"
Not too bad, it seems document will be saved without damages.
<http://odf-validator2.rhcloud.com/odf-validator2/> indicates valid ODF if
saved with option "ODF 1.2"
This one might be related to or Dup of "Bug 43246 - MinGW FILEOPEN FILESAVE
