@Jan : the crash log seems to be pointing to a HI (human interface) problem. I
also see references to "ax", which is the accessibility code. It is also
(still) calling stuff from the CarbonUI API which is pretty much deprecated in
all of the modern versions of macOS these days.

Do you have any macOS accessibility tools running, e.g. dictation, or speech,
screen magnification, or some other 3rd party tools that provide similar
accessibility functionality ?
