Description:
when you open a BASE file odb with LibreOffice, the main window is supposed to
indicate the filename and the app name to identify the window (happens in both
macOS and WINDOWS)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. simply open an odb file (BASE) using LibreOffice
2. the filename within LibreOffice BASE is no being indicated on the top Window
section
3. with all other LO apps, this is shown together with the app name (eg.

Actual Results:
simply the window indicates LibreOffice Base, but without the filename ahead of
that
Expected Results:
the BASE filename should be displayed on the top window along with the app name
(Inventory.odb - LibreOffice Base)
