If I have 2 spreadsheets open with DDE links (created by dragging and dropping
while holding control+shift), when I close the file with the links and reopen
it then the links no longer update.
Easy to reproduce: create 2 spreadsheets X and Y, drag and drop cell A1 from
file X (while pressing ctrl+shift) to cell A1 file Y. Any number typed in cell
A1 file X appears in cell A1 file Y. Save file Y, close it, reopen it. Now it
no longer updates!
