I see what you mean when using the Spelling and Grammar window. Here is what I
did, using LibreOffice 4.0 on Ubuntu:

1. Type a sentence using two same fictitious words in a row.
2. Right click on one of the fictitious words.
3. In dialog, click add on the first word.

Result: the second word still shows red in window, as if it were an error.

However, after closing the window, the second word no longer has a red squiggly
line. I'm guessing that in the open dialog window, the word is not updated, but
after you close the dialog, it is. If that is not the result of your test, and
even after the dialog is closed the word is still treated as an error, please
let me know.

I think the priority of this bug should be considered as Minor, Medium. The
reason is that this does not prevent a user from making high quality work. The
word is added to the spell check dictionary. The UI dialog is misleading, but
the change is confirmed. Do you agree?
