We can't warn about that: it is outside of the project's reach. It might depend on some unknown version of unknown antivirus, or even some daily virus definitions. A warning like "disable your antivirus before installation" implies that it's LibreOffice's problem that antiviruses sometimes have false detections; it would be like "hey, you have a protection, but this application does something illegal, and we need the protection disabled to do that". No, we don't do anything like that, and any antivirus interfering with the installation process is a bug in the antivirus.
