Description:
I tried to create a bibliographic reference for my work for the quotes on the
text, but when I select the options on the tools menu nothing happens
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Tools"
2.Select "Bibliography database"
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Bibliographic database dialog should open
Reproducible: Always
