I understand the request: I couldn't locate a way to delete the user profile, so I put a clean installation of Windows 10 including the updates onto a similar desktop PC (Dell 760). It is running a Build W10 version 19042.1237 I have the same results with LibreOffice 7.1.6.2 on the Dell 760 as on the Dell 755: All documents will not open (That's the spreadsheets and Open Document Text files). On the Dell 755 using LO 7.1.6.2 the files that DO OPEN are: EML files MP3 Audio File (VLC) PNG file PDF Reader Is that any help?
