A sample of what i'm trying to explain

Problem description:

I've create a spreadsheet containing some duration. For this, i'm using the
TIME() function as this : =TIME(0;30;0) to display 30 min.
Each cell is formatted as a Time 'HH:MM'
At the end of this column i want to Sum all thoses time. I cannot format this
Sum as a Time, but as a simple number. When i'm trying to Sum some Time, the
result is unreal !
Hey, as i'm writing this bug report, i've seen that the TIME() function doesn't
like more than 24 hours ! This might explain this result...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add some time in a column using the function TIME(H;M;S)
2. Calculate a Sum of those time
3. Change the format of this Sum as Time in 'HH:MM'
4. Change again this format as simple Number.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.0.3 release
