in the second section there is the sentence:
"1. Enable the special features of complex text layout (CTL) languages: Choose
Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages and check Enabled for complex
text layout (CTL). Click OK."
However, this is no longer necessary in new versions of LibreOffice, and is
therefore obsolete.
This means that this sentence should be removed completely.
