Problem description: I create a custom style in one document and it doesn't
appear in another document.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open the styles and formatting window....
2. create a new style....
3. open a new document....
4. open styles and formatting
Current behavior: I create a style in one document but can't use it in another
Expected behavior: For every user created style to show up in the "custom
styles" list in "styles and formatting". I would like to see an option to
quickly retrieve a custom style for use in any document.
