Description:
A non-sudo user must login with the sudo password when launching LibreOffice
7.2.
Popup text is: authentication required to run gvfsd-admin daemon. Also, the
cancel button in the popup does nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.normal user without sudo admin privileges is logged in
2.launch LibreOffice (any component calc, base, writer etc)
3.popup appears immediately
Actual Results:
Popup appears with the message:
authentication required to run gvfsd-admin daemon
Password box is in the popup and the password must be entered for the sudo user
Expected Results:
LibreOffice displays the component launched without the authentication popup
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Note: the version installed is 7.2.1 downloaded from the website, it does not
indicate that it is a release candidate version.
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 with all current updates installed
Does not happen when logged with the uid that has sudo privileges.
