Attempting to resize Properties / Styles / ... window on right hand side causes
a looping issue that hangs the process. It can only be killed with the Task
Manager or ProcExp (SysInternals).

Steps to reproduce:
Open LibreOffice Writer
Click on divider between document and Style Window (on right side).
