Description:
When a sheet with page footer enabled is saved in Calc, the text in the footer
is preserved, but the enable status of the footer is not saved.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new spreadshet, modify the page footer as you like and enable it.
2. Save the spreadsheat as an .ods file.
3. Open the spreadsheat again.
Actual Results:
Page footer text is preserved but disabled.
Expected Results:
Page footer text is preserved and enabled.
Reproducible: Always
