UI: Add animation workflow kind of curious
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress (ignore wizard)
2. Sidebar -> Animation Tab
3. Click the text frame.
4. Click + sign -> You need to add the animation first: you can't choose first
5. Click the same frame again
6. If you want to add new animation you need to '+' before. If you're in
pre-configure mode you actually change the existing animation.
Actual Results:
You need to add the animation first: you can't choose first
Expected Results:
In Powerpoint you can add/remove an effect but not change the type of effect
after insertion in the list. Which being one way the work around this
