Description:
As I have noticed, unchecking "Apply user data" in template properties (File >
Properties > General) makes it impossible for Writer to detect if the template
has been changed when I open documents based on it.
I'm sure this is wrong, and there should not be such a thing. Leaving out user
data should not affect whether LO detects that the template has been changed.
