Description:
when setting "character locale" (esp. when it is set automatically by bug
134426), it cannot be removed by "format>clear DF"
(the only way i found to remove it is cut and paste w/o format into a clean
paragraph)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set CDF "character locale" to some different value as the paragraph
2. format>clear direct formatting
Actual Results:
the new "character locale" is still there, all other CDF values are properly
cleared
Expected Results:
well, clear CDF
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
