There a two textboxes, one for Default Value and one for Format Example. Both
will show the same height here (OpenSUSE 15.2 64bit rpm Linux). Also there are
list boxes and a field for scrolling values (numerical field), which are
designed with a different height.

Why do you need all this fields same height?

The width of the field for help at the right from this fields isn't sizable at
this moment. The height will be resized mouse, if you are moving the mouse over
"Field Properties" and press it when the cursor will change to resize it.

Why do you need another width for the help field? 

The screenshot you are showing has no entry in column "Description". So there
is no need to change the width of the table editor to that width of the
screenshot.

I have set this bug to NEEDINFO for getting more infos/arguments for this ask
of an enhancement.
