Description:
When trying to open LibreOffice seemingly nothing happens. Taskmanager shows
two LibreOffice.exe starting. About 1 second afterwards one says "stoped" then
both are gone. Before starting there where no runnig libreOffice.exe or
sOffice.exe or similar. Tried admin rights, repairing via installer,
reininstalling with newly downloaded installer, several reboots. Used safe mode
to disable hardware-acceleration and to reset user profile. Nothing worked.
Downloaded and installed Version 7.06 and had no problems.

Additional Info:
As it's now funktioning with the old version i'm not going back to the new one
to get the information of the affected version. maybe this helps though:
