Hi Mikos, I'm not sure you're correct that this bug is only about special
characters. The bug I found was the same as in comment 1 by Christian
Schlittchen dated 2012-06-08. 

PDF forms created in LibreOffice don't work cross-platform, apparently because
the 'standard' Type 1 fonts originally selected by Adobe in the PDF
specification are no longer supported in LibreOffice. Substitute form fonts are
not embedded in the form fields, causing a 'missing fonts' error. Placeholder
characters are shown instead, particularly in Adobe Reader.
