Description:
I have downloaded and installed LibreOffice_7.1.6_Win_x64 running on Windows
10. The program will not run or open. I have tried Repair, uninstalling and
re-installing, re-downloading and re-installing but all to no avail. Reverting
to LibreOffice_7.1.6_Win_x64 works fine
Actual Results:
Clicking on short-cut or when selected from program list has no effect and
nothing happens: the program will not open or run
Expected Results:
LibreOffice should open
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
