Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file.
2. Save it as DOCX.
3. Reopen it in LibreOffice.
-> Numbering changes:
10.1. → 11.0.
10.2. → 12.0.
Numbering attribute "Before" changes:
10. → 1
Numbering attribute "After" changes:
. → .0.
