Under win 8.1 x64
Libreoffice doesn't load after setup
Steps to Reproduce:
1- Remove Old version
2- Remove %appdata%\Libreoffice
3- Install LibreOffice_7.1.6_Win_x64.msi /l* "%temp%\LibO_install_log.txt"
4- LibO_install_log.txt last line
