two Fontwork shapes to test toggle to extrusion
Open attached document. It contains the shapes "Simple" and "Open" from the
Fontwork-Gallery.
Click on "Simple" and toggle extrusion. It reacts immediately.
Click on "Open" and toggle extrusions. It lasts 2 seconds until it is extruded.
In a debug-build it last 14 seconds until it is extruded.
The problem seems to be the area fill "None" of the "Open" shape.
