Comment shows scrollbar after cut & paste of text with comment or cut & undo
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+X
4. CTRL+Z (second comment box has a scrollbar) or CTRL+V
5. Scroll (now the comment resizes)
Actual Results:
The large comment box shrinks and gets a scrollbar until scrolling the main
document
Expected Results:
Should be more stable
