Description:
Installed the latest update last week. Libreoffice now fails to load at all. I
have tried running as Administrator but no difference. I can run in Safe Mode
however - hardly convenient. We need a fix quick.
Steps to Reproduce:

Fails to load from Icon - Only runs in Safe Mode.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
