(http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/teams/releng/3.7.5) Well, not too surprising, the problem is still exist using Gnome 3.7.5 and LibreOffice 4.0.0.3. This means that LibreOffice needs to make some changes in its keyboard shortcut handling, as it's likely that gnome is not and will not follow its old keyboard management.
