Text which should be pasted below the image ends up above the image

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Download the inside clipboard file
3. Open Inside clipboard -> File -> Load from CLP
4. Paste CTRL+V in the writer document -> Text above
5. CTRL+Z
6. CTRL+N
7. CTRL+V
8. CTRL+A
9. CTRL+C
10. Go to initial document
11. CTRL+V again -> Now it's OK

Below (at the cursor position)
