I have reset my user profile (by changing the profile folder name). Disabling hardware acceleration does not change anything. I'm on Fedora 35 (5.14.16-301.fc35) and using LibreOffice 7.2.2.2. The system is a fresh install (I upgraded to Fedora 35 by formatting the disk and making a fresh install). I don't remember having the issue before upgrading.
